The design works will be inclusive of all of the following but not
necessary all as below which shall be subject to projects situation
and conditions.

Samples
and material

Computer aided construction/furniture detail shop drawing
including general layout plan, M & E plan, Ceiling plan,
Lighting plan, Furniture layout plan, System furniture plan, Floor finishing plan,
Wall and partitioning plan, project scheduling, Furniture detail
drawing with elevation/sectional and schedule of finishes
